BYD Crewe

My experience at BYD Crewe was fantastic from start to finish, it was so simple to decide to buy this vehicle and even when I had questions they were answered. BYD make life much more simple by not faffing with different trim levels inside making it an easy choice and at a very competitive price. I’ve told all of my friends and family how much I am enjoying this vehicle.

BYD Crewe were really helpful and I'd recommend them because prices were keen and competitive, and stock was readily available. The experience was somewhat let down by errors in the admin process (i.e. wrong registration number being applied to the purchase paperwork), and a rather light-touch handover.

I'd recommend BYD Crewe to a friend because they did get my issue sorted eventually. We did have multiple
Issues with my new BYD seal which went on for about 3 weeks but was eventually found an exact replacement. Was given courtesy cat while this was being sorted.

I had a great experience at BYD Crewe because there was no hard sell at the garage but Olivia was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. The whole process was extremely simple.

BYD Crewe were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff, I dealt with Olivia Howen, knew every detail of the car and could answer any questions I had. Professional and attentive without being intrusive and quick to respond to any new enquiries. A great professional dealership with great staff.
