My experience at BYD Crewe could have been better because communication was almost non existent. The showroom never had a receptionist to welcome customers and notify sales staff. I had to request a quote and didn’t receive any formal quotation until the day of collection. I didn’t receive confirmation of collection despite ringing and asking. The car was presented dirty on collection. No insurance arrangements were discussed prior to collection day. Very happy with the car and friends have asked for feedback. I’ve advised not to purchase from BYD Crewe
